This weekend Maya received her Rare Bear from RARE Science Inc.. Her name is Violet and she was made by volunteers at The Jack of Arts, a little quilt shop located in Safford, Arizona. Violet is absolutely beautiful and brought a huge smile to Maya's face. The Rare Bear program is an amazing program where volunteers across the country stitch and stuff teddy bears for children with rare disorders. It is truly an amazing program.
